Keshar Jewellers operates under a strict 'No Cash / No Bank Refund' policy. Monetary refunds into bank accounts or UPI are strictly not provided under any circumstances. Only product replacement or store exchange is offered.
✦7-Day Replacement Window (Damage or Wrong Design Only)
Replacement is available within 7 days of delivery strictly under two valid conditions: (1) If the ornament is received in damaged / defective condition from transit, or (2) If a wrong design / wrong product was delivered. Replacement requests for personal change of mind, aesthetic preference, or without valid video proof will strictly not be accepted.
✦50-50 Reverse Courier Shipping Charge Sharing
For any approved replacement, the reverse courier logistics charge will be shared equally (50-50) between the customer and Keshar Jewellers. 50% of the reverse courier fee must be paid by the customer, and the remaining 50% will be borne by Keshar Jewellers.
✦Strict 24-Hour Damage & Wrong Design Reporting Window
Any transit damage, defect, or wrong design received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will strictly not be accepted as transit insurance and logistics claims expire immediately.
✦48-Hour Missing Item or Empty Box Claim Deadline
In the rare event of a missing product or tampered outer box, the complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by continuous unboxing video proof.
✦Mandatory 360° Uncut Unboxing Video
To protect against fraudulent damage or wrong item claims, a continuous uncut 360° unboxing video (starting before opening the sealed parcel box and clearly showing the barcode label) is mandatory. Claims without an uncut video proof cannot be processed.
✦Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, and Nose Pins (for hygiene reasons) are non-replaceable, but remain eligible under our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policy.
✦Non-Removable Security Seal Tag
All ornaments are shipped with a tamper-evident security seal tag. Replacement requests are strictly rejected if the security tag is cut, removed, or altered.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹20,000. Orders above ₹20,000 require 100% prepaid payment or partial advance deposit.
✦Advance Token Deposit for COD Dispatch
To prevent fake/unverified orders and logistics wastage, COD orders require a nominal ₹500 or 10% advance deposit via UPI/card before dispatch.
